I don't mind humans *not* being involved in the actual recruitment process because humans are inherently biased. If automating recruitment levels the playing field, then I'm all for it. Sure, you don't get to speak to a human and so get a feel for the culture of a workplace, but we all know that no one really knows what it's like to work somewhere until we start working there. If you've been hire by a company like Amazon, you know exactly what you're walking into.
